The location is marvellous and lovely, close to the very nice and manicured gardens and Carlisle city centre. the breakfast with local ingredients and jams is sensational and very tasty for what is offered. - the employees are lovely.

Fairly clean, superb value hotel, the location was great and lovely short walk to taxi to city center, and Carlisle city centre. This was my fantastic stay for the first night or the following morning.

Stayed here on business. Excellent location close to major routes, plenty of parking, comfortable rooms, modern bathroom, flat screen tv. Tasty food, sensible prices, breakfast especially good. Staff very attentive, recommended.

Lovely place. Staff very pleasant and nothing is too much trouble. Comfortable room and a great shower which is normally one of my moans in reviews. Excelent food. If I am working within 30 miles of this hotel then this is where I stay. What more can I say. Will be taking wife for long weekend.

The room I got was tidy, and, yea, towels were clean. the bed was exceptionally comfortable. - the location was handy, within walking distance of Eden Golf Club.
